Repetition.
How many times since Christmas Day have we read “The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog” to our child? Over. And. Over. Again. Funny book, sure (she loves Mo Willems and so do we), but how many times in a row can she say “Hmm, needs mustard?” and crack up laughing? Seemingly endlessly.
